  1. To finish a project I need a bayonet lug with pins. I thought I had them. I was wrong. Joe? Thanks, Gary Moore
  2. Joseph, I need another stock. Found another Winfield. Thanks Gary Moore
  3. I believe that the introduction of the No.9 bayonet(1945) was well after the Johnson developement or production. Any bayonet for a Johnson with a No9 blade is IMHO made by others.
  4. Add my name to the list. Size large. preferably short sleeve but long will do. Also interested in poster. Thanks, Gary
  5. I could not agree more If I had done the shooting. I have cleaned a large number of mil-surp that had the same condition. Green is beautiful for it beats the dickens out of brown rust..Gary
  6. Pulled my original JSAR from safe for maintenance. Cleaned and oiled where required. Put a patch through the frosted barrel and it came out greenish. Went to Hoppes copper remover and soaked bore over night. Patch came out bright green. Did this three more times and the bore is clean and brite, frost is gone....Maintenance pays, Gary
  7. Watching the History channel last night on guns and crime and Gangster guns. Surprised to see a JAR that was used in the twenty and thirties by gangsters. Must have been a prototype. Regards, Gary
  8. I posted the picture on Tuco's gun boards in the collector board. I'll figure this one out later. Thanks, Gary
  9. Gentlemen, I have came accross a photograph of troops training with 41 Johnsons. I would like to post it here but it is 3.2mb. If anyone interested in helping do this let me know. Thanks, Gary
  10. I found it and enlisted...again. Thanks for providing the source. Gary
