greerhw: that is a nice looking bayonet and scabbard in that auction.

bdm: the bayonet and scabbard in the auction that you posted is nice looking as well ..winning bid for $490.00

both had garnered  interest with active bids and  over 30 actively watching the auctions

with  the other having another 7 days, it will be interesting to see what it goes for

either way, the winning bidders should do well

Since May 1,  five have sold on ebay....400...550...482....490...280...average  440....4  seem sort of similar for condition, the 280 one I did not see so cannot comment

bdm: really not an issue, but just thought, if you were trying to post 3 links, that you should know only one was there....however, nice piece...and got a good price...

it will be interesting to see what the other piece goes for....seems that decent bayo's are now fetching pretty hefty sums, especially, if they have an original scabbard...

which is good for collectors
