I want to thank Brian Alpert and Jim Pullen for finally getting me onto this site.  My name is Paul, I live just outside of Boston. I collect Military Surplus firearms. I picked up a 1941 Johnson back in December, she came with a W.T.& B.CO. 1918 dated sling (Westboro Trunk & Bag Co. )  I have had it out to the range a few times since, and it is a dream to shoot and a tack driver at that. I shoot every firearm I have, not a lot but they get out once or twice a year. Her serial number is 9293, any info you gentlemen can share on her would be greatly appreciated. Very happy to finally be here.

Paul.

The "stock nbr" is stamped in the wood on the magazine end of the stock. It is amazing that you have more than 1 matching part. Like yours, my magazine matched, but only that.

Hey Welcome to the site. Even with only a couple matching pieces its still a good looking one.

And if it shoots well no big deal...:)
