Friessen

Had Subway last night. Experimented with jalapeños and hot sauce. Wasn't too bad. A bit of a burn when laying down trying to sleep, but some nausea. Not sure if that was caused by the spicy food or if it's the drugs (nausea being listed as a potential side effect). Tonight I'll experiment with oatmeal and yogurt for dinner. See if I notice any difference.
