Gentlemen,

At the urging of Ed Johnson, I'm now a member of your group and very happy to be here. I own a Johnson rifle that was given to me by my father. My dad and Mel Johnson worked together and my dad held Mel in great regard. I was very young at the time but I recall Mel being at our house and to me he was a giant of a man!

I'm also the (new) proud owner of Ed's book on the subject. Thanks Ed!
