    The add indicates it is a pre-sample, which means it is a pre-86 sample, which means only Class III dealers, Class II Manufacurers, or of course a police agency can purchase it. There were two up for sale a couple months ago on other web sites in the $25K-$30K range as well. Matt Johnson
