is his butt stock original or an after market. i call my Johnson "The Guppy" because of the magazine and the bulbus front of the butt stock. most original stocks i see look like the bulbus part is laminated. am i wrong thanks

what appears not to be original besides the buttplate

i saw this Johnson on gunbroker http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=180138558 and the owner said it had "a first generation butt plate". on this web sight there is no mention of this butt plate under the parts guide. should this be added information. also do you think this gun was a good buy, i do
