Hello. I am pretty well versed in US milsurps, but this is my first 41 Johnson. I have a couple of questions. 1. My serial number is 6983 and I would like to know if there is info on it? 2. My stock is cracked and somewhat poorly repaired. Are originals available from time to time? I spoke to the gentleman who used to make good repros but he said he is no longer making them. Thanks Brian. When they were transferred and presumably put into storage, where were they stored? In the US? Thanks
