Another new problem for inspection

Found a bolt assembly in which the female (front part) was extremely rough inside where the rear moves. It looked like original shavings scarred the inside. It looked drilled but not reamed/honed. The back (male) piece showed grooves where it had been dragging on the roughness. This effected operation. Honed the inside and polished the back piece for a smooth fit and now functions properly. Just another point to inspect.
