Just curious, could a cast be made and a Dremel be used to fine tune a casting of this piece? Jewelers do lots of casting. That's if the 3-D doesn't work well.

I do not have any Johnson Target guns with a carrier. If you guys get someone to do a successful carrier, I will contribute $100 for two pieces. Keep me posted. And while aluminum might be slightly heavier than plastic, it is less likely to break in half after repeated use.  ej
