Often times, a user accidentally posts 'twice', and it is not an issue, just normally ignored and passed over.

What ArtR states is correct.  I accidentally double clicked the post button and ended up with a duplicate post.  Couldn't figure out how to delete it, only edit, so I just changed this one asking a moderator to delete.
