I ran across this on a gun parts web site. How they planned to modify the magazine is beyond me.

That is an odd stock. Maybe they planned on putting a box mag in somehow? Why I don’t know. The thing that caught my eye with these rifles was the unique rotary mag. I like to tell my kids it is pregnant and going to have a litter of cute little baby guns any day now.

Looks like a conversion to a bolt action. One of the features of the 41 Johnson was that it could function as a manual bolt action by blocking barrel reciprocation.
