Upper receiver group

I have the opportunity to purchase a upper receiver group serial# 6087, complete with bolt, carrier, rear sights, etc. The asking price is $800. The upper receiver needs either reblued or reparkerized, but is structurally sound. Is this a good deal? Thanks for any input!
