JSAR barrel on ebay

Is anyone else watching this?  This barrel went for over $1300.00 0n the first auction - I guess the buyer wasn't happy and returned it, same seller relisted.  Currently in the mid $500.00 range.

I was watching that one.  The description of the bore was kind of concerning.  I did notice this barrel appears to be original, however somewhere along its history it ended up with two other sets of serial numbers stamped into it.  I’ve seen some nice original barrels sell for $1700 up to $2000 in the last few months. Plus shipping and tax.

Yes camstuff, same here. I noticed it appears that 4 digits have been struck off as well.  It's somewhat telling that the first buyer returned it considering upfront description. 

Of course, we've all seen crazy bidding wars on ebay.

Ended up selling for a little over $800.00 this go round.  Hmmmm.
