  4. I have recently listed a 1941 Johnson for sale on Gunbroker. Someone sent an email stating that he thought this weapon was not on the BATFE list as being C&R eligible. This does not make sense to me, but how may I determine if this is true? Does the BATF actually publish a list of eligible individual firearms or use age as the criteria? Thanks for your input.
  5. Will a 1941 Johnson bearing the Dutch acceptance "star" carry a premium in the marketplace? According to the information in the book Johnson Rifles and Machine Guns by Canfield, just over 10,000 were ordered by the Dutch and very few delivered. This seems as if it would make the star mark an added value as the rarest of the rare Johnson.
