Have had the baby for about 2 weeks and the only thing left for me to thoroughly clean is the mainspring tube. Was she ever filthy!!! So much so that I had to go back a second time and do the whole thing. Hopefully she'll come back to life like Gman's Ugly Betty!!

How do you remove the cap from the mainspring tube? It looks simple enough for a caveman to do, but I just can't get it loose. Any tips?
