numbers and parts

I acquired a complete rec. a few week ago and I would like to get the ser.# 3650, checked to find out if this a parts gun or was issued. Also I need a mainspring, mainspring follower (plunger), a trigger guard wood screw and a but stock. Can anyone help me. Thanks Jim
