Originally a BAR bipod was adapted to the M1941 Johnson rifle -- For a great repro I would have gone that way as Gun Parts Company had sold those Modified heads for years until they ran out-- They also used the original Bipod legs of all variations from the M1918 BAR! Your efforts are commendable !

Thanks guys. I chose this style because it's similar to what's on my bosses MG's and I believe this would be sort of like the second type Johnson bipod. And, once I took a good look at his, I knew how I could do what I did. Sometimes the light bulb clicks on when I want it to!
