1941 lmg 303 cal

I am looking for barrel and box magazines (horizontally fed) for 303 cal Johnson lmg.Please let me know if you have any other parts too.Thank you.

Are you sure this is a JLMG and not the "first model" Dror, Israeli lmg? Not sure if the parts interchange as I'd suspect that the Israel mfg'd lmgs would be in metric rather than inch. Good luck in your search! IMA had both the .303 and the 7.92 versions of the Dror, if I'm not mistaken, but sold out a number of years ago.

Let us know if your are successful and whether the parts are in metric or inch.

There were supposedly 303 JLMGs put together in the late 40's and early 50's by some of the surplus arms dealers according to a questionably reliable source known to many of us. There was a Canadian arms dealer who advertised 303 and 7.92 "Johnson Guns" manufactured in Israel....obviously 1st and 2nd model Drors. These were available in semi-auto or parts kits. (Circa 1985 Ad attached) I have a 303 Dror bbl. Attached pics compare it to a 41 LMG bbl. Note the difference in the rear collar to accomodate the different extractor for the rimmed 303. The rear collar is the same diameter as the 41 LMG and fits the JSAR radiator. The front locking collar is slightly larger in diameter and will not fit into the radiator.
