JLMGs shown on PBS movie "The War"

On the PBS movie, "The War", segment on battles in Italy, there are two views of the Johnson LMG shown in action. First is 59min, 50 sec.; second is approximately at 1hr-33min. On the whole series, there was so much footage of combat that I had no idea existed, I suspect there may be footage from the Pacific showing the rifles also.

I saw that and I'm very close to buying the box set of "The War"! Just when I thought I'd seen all of the WW II footage in the archives, they came up with a lot that was new to me. A great series!
