Some seem to forget the "motherboard" of this forum, i.e., JOHNSONAUTOMATICS.COM. While Joe does have an excellent video that will help, there is the http://www.johnsonautomatics.com/disassembly.htm link that gives a really decent description with photos that will assist even the most novice owner. Try this and see it it might help.

While on the mother site, tour around. Still some really good information there.
