1941 Johnson Barrel on GB

I saw that. It looks like a nice barrel. Sort of makes me want to sell my extras, but then what would I do if I ever need another nice barrel?

Auction results= $1810.00 plus $18.00 shipping.

Hmmm.......I suppose that sets a new record for a barrel?

With prices like that, some may start "parting out" their JSARs like they do with high end Garands.  Hate to think what a real nice original stock would bring.

Brian

I am afraid that what you say may be correct. My fear is that some very nice guns may just end up on the auction chopping block as parts....what a shame!

All you need is one bore obstruction...

A spare barrel is always a good idea --learned the hard way.
