"Daisy Mae" carbines

Does anyone know the serial numbers of the original "Daisey Mae" carbines? Col. Torgerson's gun, as shown on page 119, may have been located. How many were made and who got them? Present locations?

The gun in question is, without a doubt, a genuine carbine. Whether it is the Torgerson carbine is still in process of verification.

I think 5 were made (I will have to check), this being the last one. I believe the receivers on the others (which were cancelled by USMC) were either scrapped or, in true Johnson Automatics fashion, recycled to other projects.
